Butler America Aerospace, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the 3rd shift in Andover, MA to develop and optimize the manufacturing process for 3D metal parts across radar programs. You will define materials, fixturing, CNC programs, inspection plans, and work instructions for operators.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement using CORE/6-sigma methods. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of high-speed machining techniques and CNC machine tool capabilities.
• 5+ years interpreting engineering drawings (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Translate design requirements into formal manufacturing process documents and instructions.
• Develop multi-axis CNC programs and inspection plans.
• Identify process improvements and reduce cost through data analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot issues and apply root cause/corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery requirements.
