Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Production Control Supervisor in Andover, MA to lead a high‑visibility, high‑mix area within the Circuit Card Manufacturing value stream. You will use data‑driven forecasting and cross‑functional collaboration to meet critical customer deadlines.

The role focuses on material availability, kit readiness, and WIP management while providing production floor support to ensure on‑time delivery. Onsite, with U.S. citizenship and clearance readiness required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in planning/production control.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, operations or manufacturing.
• Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership.
• Ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government clearance before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-visibility, high-mix production area.
• Material availability analysis, tracking, and reporting; coordinate BOM/material master.
• Provide floor support including WIP movement, shop floor readiness, and delivery to next step.
• Supervise material handling operations on site in Andover.
