RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for the XOPS group at our Andover facility. You will lead a 15-20 person manufacturing cell in the Precision Metal Fabrication value stream to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years relevant experience (3 with advanced degree).
• Supervisory, leadership and/or operations/manufacturing experience required.
