What You’ll Do
- Lead daily 3rd shift production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are consistently met
- Supervise, coach, and develop Production Operators across multiple lines
- Plan and assign work, optimizing staffing to balance efficiency and cost
- Oversee machine setups and changeovers to ensure production readiness
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment or process issues in partnership with maintenance and engineering
- Monitor production performance using reporting tools (e.g., Red Zone) and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols, including PPE requirements
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for deviations or recurring issues
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
- Communicate shift performance and key updates to leadership and incoming teams
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or lead role
- Strong knowledge of production equipment, workflows, and quality standards
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience interpreting technical documents, production schedules, and reports
- Proficiency with production systems, reporting tools, and basic data analysis
