Summary:
The 3rd shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the successful operation of the production floor, while ensuring all production team members are following all company policies, processes, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Champion continuous improvement activities
- Completes production plan in collaboration with the supply chain coordinator by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results
- Support and track progress of operational KPI's
- Proactively works with quality and engineering to identify and address any issues
Position Requirements:
- Associate's degree in business or manufacturing preferred
- 5-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred
