Alliance Laundry System LLC invites you to join our 3rd Shift Production Team in Ripon, WI. Starting pay is $30.41/hr for 3rd shift with four 10-hour shifts and overtime on Fridays. Walk-in interviews are held on Wednesdays; come between 10am and 2pm at 119 Shephard Street, Ripon.

You’ll work in a supportive team, focused on safety, quality, and meeting production goals. Orientation may occur on 1st shift to help you adjust, with potential placement on various assembly roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and/or press operation as assigned.
• Rotate through different work stations and follow visual work instructions.
• Meet quality and production goals in a team-based environment.
