Alliance Laundry System LLC in Ripon, WI, is hiring a Production Team Member for multiple shifts. Starting wages: $28.77/hr on 2nd shift; $25.52/hr on 1st shift; four 10-hour shifts with overtime Fridays. You'll contribute to assembling and maintaining world-class laundry equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Standing long periods and physical requirements.
• Pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• As a Production team member, you'll be trained in assembly or press operations.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly on equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions and schedules.
• Rotate across different positions and tools.
• Adhere to safety practices and continuous improvement activities.
