Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI is hiring for production roles on 3rd shift. You will perform mechanical and electrical assembly, operate presses, and rotate across tasks to meet quality goals.

Walk-in interviews are welcome on Wednesdays, with a Nov 4 session from 10am to 2pm at 119 Shephard Street, Door 1. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), ability to read visual instructions, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components on commercial laundry equipment.

• Flex/rotate across positions as needed.

OverviewStarting at $30.41/hr. for 3rd shift.Four (4), 10-hour shifts in our assembly areas with overtime on Fridays. (Other schedules available)Walk in WednesdaysOur next walk in interviews will be hosted on November 4th from 10am to 2pm at 119 Shephard Street in Ripon - Door 1 . These are walk in interviews, so please stop in anytime between 10am and 2pm for an in-person interview. You'll follow work center parts lists and work closely with your Supervisor to meet quality and production goals.**Standard Work Hours **(some departments may vary)**3rd Shift: **Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Overtime: ThursdaySunday – Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Overtime: ThursdaySunday – Wednesday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Overtime: ThursdayOrientation will take place on 1st shift, and training may be on 1st or 2nd shift to help you get comfortable in your new role.ResponsibilitiesJobs you may perform:All new Team Members will be immediately placed and trained in any one of these jobs.
