Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is hiring for production roles in Ripon, WI. Starting at 30.41/hr for 3rd shift, with four 10-hour shifts and overtime on Fridays. Walk-in interviews are hosted on Wednesdays at 119 Shephard Street, Ripon, Door 1, from 10am to 2pm, with the next date on December 9.

Orientation and training may occur on 1st shift to help you adjust. You will join a team-focused environment emphasizing safety and meeting quality and production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly on commercial laundry equipment.
• Operate mechanical and hydraulic presses and set up dies where required.
• Read and follow visual work instructions and daily schedules; rotate within positions as needed.

Walk in Wednesdays

Our next walk in interviews will be hosted on November 4th from 10am to 2pm at 119 Shephard Street in Ripon - Door 1 . These are walk in interviews, so please stop in anytime between 10am and 2pm for an in-person interview. The following Walk in Wednesday interview date will be December 9th.

As a member of our Production team, you'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where safety comes first. You'll follow work center parts lists and work closely with your Supervisor to meet quality and production goals.

Standard Work Hours (some departments may vary)

3rd Shift:

Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Overtime: Thursday

Sunday – Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Overtime: ThursdaySunday – Wednesday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Overtime: Thursday

Orientation will take place on 1st shift, and training may be on 1st or 2nd shift to help you get comfortable in your new role.

Responsibilities

Jobs you may perform:

All new Team Members will be immediately placed and trained in any one of these jobs. You will then have the opportunity to grow your career through the many opportunities that Alliance has to offer!

Assembly

(Members will be trained on the following duties)

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly on commercial laundry equipment (some positions may include wiring)
• Flex / rotate within various positions when needed
• Must be able to read and follow visual work instructions and daily schedule
• Have the ability to use hand and/or air tools with proper training

Press Operator

(Operators will be trained on the following duties)

• Operate mechanical and hydraulic presses
• Set up dies and die sensors as required for each job
• Perform quality control inspection, requiring the ability to interpret engineering prints
• Rotate to different presses and jobs as needed

Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed:

• Positive attitude with ability to function in a team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including some Fridays
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
• Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
