Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions in Forest City, NC is seeking a Production Operator II for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:30 am) to operate production equipment and manufacture hydraulic hose under the supervision of the shift Manufacturing Supervisor.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, US work authorization, and a willingness to work in a team, maintain safety and quality standards, and participate in TPM and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be local – no relocation offered
• One year or more manufacturing experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture hydraulic hose.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment through 5S and TPM practices.
• Support safety, quality, inventory, on-time delivery and productivity measures.
