Smithers-Oasis is hiring for a Manufacturing Production Worker on the 3rd shift at our Kent, Ohio facility on Stow Street. This on-site, full-time role supports our floral foam and design media production and offers a stable opportunity to contribute to essential products used across the industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving a tow motor preferred.
• Reliable with good attendance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery following safe operating procedures.
• Assemble, fabricate, and package products.
• Inspect, label, and sort materials to ensure quality.
• Inform leaders of equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and meet production schedules.
• May train others and assist in other departments.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
