Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Stow, OH is seeking a dependable 3rd Shift Production Operator to join our manufacturing team and help produce, package, and prepare products while following safety and quality standards. Hours are 11PM-7:30AM with a $1.20 shift premium.

You will operate equipment, PLC-controlled processes, and lift trucks, maintain logs, and ensure a clean, safe work area. The role requires teamwork, good attendance, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce, package, and ship products.
• Operate equipment manually and via PLC-controlled processes.
• Operate lift trucks and other material-handling equipment after training.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Monitor production processes and identify issues.
• Inspect materials and finished products and report quality concerns.
• Complete required production logs and documentation.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Wear PPE and follow safety requirements.
• Communicate unsafe conditions or issues to supervisor.
• Support other production activities and projects as needed.
• Be flexible to work different shifts and overtime when required.

We are looking for a dependable 3rd Shift Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help produce, package, and prepare products while following established safety, quality, and production standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment used to produce, package, and ship products.
• Operate equipment manually and through PLC-controlled processes.
• Operate lift trucks and other powered material-handling equipment after appropriate training and authorization.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Monitor production processes and identify potential issues.
• Inspect materials and finished products and report quality concerns.
• Complete required production logs, reports, and documentation.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements.
• Communicate unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other concerns to your supervisor.
• Support other production activities and projects as needed.
• Work different shifts and overtime when required by business needs.
