Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring a Production Operator for the 3rd shift in Orion, Michigan. You will prepare products for shipment by cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating and stacking to meet customer specifications.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork with opportunities for growth within a family-owned company. The shift runs from 10:00pm to 6:00am and offers a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely with all PPE and safety guidelines.
• Read and understand product documents and quality objectives.
• Clean, trim and assemble components with hand tools.
• Maintain continuous production/packaging cycle to prevent buildup.
• Ensure finished product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Train other employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow STW documentation and training techniques.
• Support Continuous Improvement; CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
