Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a capable supervisor for the Ormond Beach, FL manufacturing facility. The role involves supervising shift personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets, and coordinating with planning to schedule production.

A strong background in cGMP and Lean 5S practices is essential. The position is a second-shift role (3:30pm–2:00am, Mon–Thu with Friday flexibility) requiring leadership, problem solving, and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Basic knowledge in liquid filling and/or packaging.
• Good technical understanding of mechanical skills.
• Basic knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Lean principles or techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift personnel to meet operations requirements.
• Monitor safety, quality and cost effectiveness in the department.
• Maintain Production Records accurately.
• Develop colleagues to meet staffing and training requirements.
• Ensure SOPs, cleaning and housekeeping are documented and followed.
• Enforce cGMP and Lean 5S rules in the work area.
• Interface with Production Manager and Planning to schedule and expedite jobs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects within the department.
• Address safety issues and ensure safe work practices.
