Job summary

ACH Food Companies, Inc. seeks a Team Leader Relief to supervise a production line from unloading to the palletizer. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity, with on-line repairs and changeovers. When not leading, duties align with line mechanic responsibilities, on 3rd shift (11pm–7am CST) with potential for off-shift work.

The position reports to maintenance with dotted line to production and offers a competitive hourly rate under the CBA, plus benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years industrial experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Journeyman mechanic skills and leadership aptitude required.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics; strong mechanical adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per SOPs and update SOPs as needed.
• Perform adjustments for proper operation from unloading to take-off lanes.
• Conduct quality checks and correct deficiencies with line operators.
• Manage changeovers including containers, cleaners, fillers, and rails.
• Lead training for new and existing operators and drive focused improvements.
