Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at the Greenwood, SC facility. The role leads frontline manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, guiding daily production plans, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, line execution, quality control, and team development, with relocation assistance and a variable incentive program available. Salary ranges from $86,000 to $126,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience on a manufacturing floor.
• Legal eligibility for employment in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety, PPE usage, and 5S standards.
• Daily Production Execution: Set priorities, staff lines, monitor flow and data accuracy.
• Quality & Process Control: Ensure standard work and address quality interruptions; perform RCCA.
• Team Leadership & Development: Provide direction, coaching, attendance, and cross-training.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs and drive productivity, waste reduction.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning to remove barriers.
