Job summary

Cenveo is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Chicago, IL facility on the 3rd shift (10pm–6am). You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency of the shift, manage a team of up to ~45 direct reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include production planning, KPI tracking, and adherence to standard work, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Requires 5 years of leadership experience and envelope-manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading/developing teams to improve workflow and performance.
• Envelope-manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant production software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and investigating accidents.
• Execute and communicate production plans and monitor staffing and equipment needs.
• Maintain quality through adherence to standard work and hourly quality checks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and reduce scrap and rework.
• Develop production personnel through coaching and evaluations.
