Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement initiatives.
• Manage controllable expenses (scrap, consumables, costs).
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide daily reporting and align with other functions.
