Sterling Kohler in Union City, TN seeks a Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead hourly associates in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will direct production to meet schedules, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality across processes.

The role requires a B.S. degree and 5+ years in manufacturing, with ISO/world-class experience preferred. Onsite work and a compensation package with performance bonus are included.

• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing/industrial environment with emphasis on high volume, high mix manufacturing.
• Experience in ISO/world class certified manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all members of the organization

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily/weekly productivity and production reports with Team Leaders to maximize efficiency and maintain quality.
• Determine raw material performance by observation/inspection and take corrective action to ensure quality.
• Initiate corrective actions when goals are not met and inform Team Leaders of issues.
• Review equipment usage, parts, and downtime to ensure preventive maintenance and proper procedures are followed.
• Ensure safety and health requirements are met through safety reviews and communications.
• Hold periodic meetings with subordinates to address safety and health matters and corrective actions.
• Determine weekly manpower needs and initiate appropriate action.
• Review subordinates’ performance against goals and suggest improvements.
• Recommend promotions, employment actions, or changes in compensation to upper management.
• Receive and process subordinates’ complaints per company policy and discuss with upper management
