Job summary

Clorox Purell, the GOJO Industries family business, seeks a Production Leader for the 3rd shift in Wooster, OH. You will lead the production team, coordinate with support departments, and ensure daily schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and assist with line equipment upkeep. This is a 100% on-site role requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs and operate various labeling and coding systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role or 2–3 years with an associates/technical degree.
• Must be able to use basic measuring equipment, computer, and a calculator.
• On-site, 100% onsite role in Wooster, OH.

Responsibilities

• Meets daily production schedule and coordinates with departments.
• Verifies inventory for process orders and ensures accuracy in SAP.
• Trains and mentors line employees; enforces safety procedures.
• Coordinates machine changeovers and line upkeep; basic printer setup.
• Supports production team and resolves non-conformance with supervision.
