Georgia-Pacific's Cleveland, TN Corrugated facility is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 11pm–7am). This hands-on leadership role drives safety, quality and daily production, coaching a frontline team on the shop floor to meet performance targets and continuous improvement goals.

You will lead operations, identify hazards, develop team members, and collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time, waste-minimized production.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial or military environment.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Experience coaching, training and developing operations personnel in safety, quality and production.

Responsabilités

• Drive safety excellence by promoting involvement, ownership and accountability and by identifying hazards and mitigating risks.
• Provide leadership on the operating floor with emphasis on safety, health, environmental and quality standards.
• Coach and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, production and communication.
• Ensure best practices to minimize waste at machine centers.
• Address issues with other departments to ensure quality and on-time production.
• Identify repairs at machine centers and create work requests.
• Track continuous improvement opportunities and lead gap-closure plans.
• Plan, assign and direct work for hourly production employees and provide performance feedback.
