American Trim, LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead hourly production staff and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the floor. The role focuses on safety, quality, and meeting production goals while developing the team and ensuring required resources are available.

The supervisor will mentor employees, manage performance, and collaborate with other departments to keep operations moving.

• Mentor employees with timely evaluations and coaching; drive development.
