Job summary

RTX’s Hardware Integration Center (HWIC) in Andover, MA seeks a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing operations team of 15–20 employees. You will schedule, plan, and direct production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive safety, continuous improvement using CORE and lean methodologies, and collaborate with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and program management to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Supervisory, Leadership, and/or Manufacturing/Production experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute schedule and cost.
• Forecast workforce planning and scheduling.
• Hire and train employees.
• Track time and attendance.
• Manage area layout and flow.
• Identify and control overhead expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
