Job summary

RTX is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor at its Andover, MA facility. You will lead a 15–20 person Cables operations team to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while maintaining a safe work environment and driving safety improvements.

Role requires 5+ years supervisory/manufacturing experience, a university degree or equivalent, and familiarity with lean/Six Sigma. Onsite work with full benefits, and collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
• Supervisory, leadership and/or operations/manufacturing experience is required.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies are preferred.
• Experience with aerospace/defense manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAP is preferred.
