Lennox AES, a division of Lennox, seeks a Production Supervisor to direct manufacturing operations on a shift, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and cost. You will oversee hourly staff, maintain shift logs, and drive continuous improvement.

The position operates 3rd shift, 7pm–5:30am, Monday–Thursday, with overtime potential. Starting salary is $62,000–$81,000 with a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a production environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism.
• Proven track record of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations for assigned shift or production lines.
• Ensure production targets for volume, quality, and cost are consistently met.
• Supervise and lead hourly employees, including personnel actions and daily direction.
• Maintain detailed logs of shift operations and prepare daily reports.
• Review production schedules and allocate material and manpower resources effectively.
• Train new employees on operational procedures, safety standards, and company expectations.
