Responsibilities

• Manages daily production of customer orders to meet or exceed the schedule while ensuring safety, quality and cost goals.
• Promotes lean culture using lean tools to implement improvements and to institutionalize 5-S (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across the department.
