Job summary

Swagelok in Willoughby Hills, OH, is seeking a site manufacturing leader to direct LDMS and drive safety, cost, quality and delivery goals. You will manage resources and lead 10–30 direct reports to ensure timely, compliant production of quality products.

The role emphasizes Lean leadership, continuous improvement, and development of self and others through structured coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• MS Office, MRP systems, data mining and report generation skills preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drives Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) cadence to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish metrics and goals that are visible and understood.
• Execute based on metrics (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Daily management of escalation and problem solving, including support resources.
• Develops staffing/scheduling plans using capacity/loads with a daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Drives Boundary Team alignment between operations and support functions; defines expectations and accountability.
• Demonstrates alignment of mission, vision, values and strategies.
• Owns and delivers messages, connecting the dots for associates.
• Demonstrates engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Drives change through inspirational leadership.
