Job summary

Swagelok in Strongsville, Ohio, is seeking a site Manufacturing Leader to drive safety, cost, quality and on-time delivery. You will manage resources and lead 10–30 direct reports to perform all departmental tasks cost-effectively while ensuring product quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MRP systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience (CNC, Conventional & Auxiliary equipment) preferred.
• Previous formal leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) cadence to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish metrics and goals that are visible and understood.
• Develop staffing and scheduling plans based on capacity and cadence.
• Coordinate Boundary Team alignment between operations and support functions.
• Demonstrate alignment to corporate mission, vision, values and strategies.
• Lead by example and coach associates to achieve career goals.
