Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, MRP systems, data mining & report generation).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for site manufacturing activities to meet safety, cost, quality and delivery goals.
• Drive Lean Daily Management System cadence to achieve operational excellence and establish visible metrics.
• Lead by example, develop and coach associates and manage performance per HR policies.
• Develop staffing plans, resolve personnel issues, and ensure adherence to company policies.
