Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline with leadership experience.
• 5 years of experience leading people and teams in manufacturing.
• Strong lean manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Coordinate resources and equipment across value streams for efficient production.
• Lead daily/shift activities, monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Standardize processes, promote 5S and robust training/certification programs.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
