Qualifications

• Experience improving KPI's and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee activities on production floor.
• Assist in all items associated with the quality system.
• Continuous improvements to the production program.
• Assist in employee problem response and resolution.
• Maintain acceptable customer quality standards.
• Monitor employee attendance and maintain records.
• Maintain discipline within the department.
• Work closely to improve plant performance indicators.
