Apex Revenue Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee all shift functions, ensuring orderly and efficient production in our print facility. You will maintain strong relationships with site vendors, customers, and management to ensure quality and timeliness of all site production.

The role emphasizes LEAN principles, scheduling, training, budget adherence, and safety compliance. A background with manufacturing supervision and strong communication skills is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting preferred; 5 years previous experience required
• Education: High School Diploma; Associates Degree in Manufacturing preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and manages shift personnel; schedules to ensure peak efficiency
• Ensures equipment issues are resolved quickly; informs senior site manager of unresolved issues
• Develops understanding of business processes; understands equipment and software supporting print operations
• Manages temporary vendor badges; ensures shift security and procedures
• Supports production budget; ensures staffing meets SLA and minimizes overtime
• Makes recommendations to increase shift efficiency
• Supports quality goals; oversees shift quality issues and implements root cause actions
• Supports LEAN goals; participates in kaizen events and daily LEAN practices
