Responsibilities

• Assign associates to workstations and expected outcomes.
• Communicate and execute work assignments to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor shift to ensure GMP and safety compliance.
• Train and hold staff accountable for QA and GMP processes.
• Complete department paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate with leadership, QA, and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate line changeovers and ensure proper line clearance.
• Maintain performance boards and explain excursions and actions.
