The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments and requires standing for long shifts in a cold, wet production area. Prior machine operator experience and bilingual Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and machine HMI operation functions.
• Maintain coordination with FSQA Techs on status of products and assist in resolution of deviations.
• Assist with line bottlenecks and ensure proper code date verification.
• Monitor fill rate hourly and take actions to maximize output.
• Review weekly operator scorecard and implement improvements.
