Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Beaver Dam Plant, is seeking a Production Cook for the 3rd shift (9 PM to 5 AM). The role includes operating cook equipment, following recipes, and performing sanitation and quality checks to ensure product safety and quality. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

A $2/hr shift premium is offered on top of the starting wage of $28/hr. Applicants should be able to work in a team, comply with GMPs and QRMP requirements, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cook equipment safely and accurately.
• Follow cook formula procedures for products on the lines.
• Perform set-up, start-up, and changeover procedures for equipment as needed.
• Conduct sanitation duties for the cook area and other production equipment.
• Document quality checks (cook sheets, temperature charts) as required by procedures.
• Handle and mix cleaning chemicals safely and monitor cleaner strengths.
• Safely operate salvage rework and document as needed.
• Maintain the powder feed system and assist with line duties as required.
