Worthington Steel is hiring for a Production Associate on the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) in Cuyahoga Heights, OH. No manufacturing experience is required; training is provided to help you learn quickly and succeed on the production floor.

Join a safety-minded team with opportunities to move into higher skilled roles. Competitive pay with a $2.00/hour 3rd shift differential, overtime, and benefits starting Day 1. Training lasts about 90 days before transitioning to the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Commitment to working safely.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work.
• Reliable transportation; not accessible by public transit.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Move and handle steel throughout the facility.
• Package, band, weigh and inspect finished products.
• Load and unload production equipment.
• Perform quality checks.
• Work safely as part of a production team.
