Worthington Steel in Monroe, OH is hiring for a production role on 2nd or 3rd shift. Earn up to $50,000 annually with base pay of $20/hour plus shift differentials, and enjoy day‑1 benefits plus opportunities for training, tuition assistance, and career growth. Schedule

Training takes place on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
