Job summary

Majestic Steel in Bedford Heights, OH is seeking a Machine Operator (Cut to Length) for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate production lines to process material according to specifications and instructions.

The role emphasizes maintaining quality, safety, and teamwork; candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in production. Forklift experience is a plus, and lifting up to 50 lb may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of production operator experience.
• Experience in a steel service center with leveling and/or slitting machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and set up lines according to specifications.
• Maintain product quality through material selection, tolerance, weight and counts; perform inspections.
• Promote safety by following guidelines and using PPE, report equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet goals and assist with related duties.
