Job summary

Altium Packaging in Hebron, Kentucky is seeking a Process Technician to maintain and repair production equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. You will help minimize downtime while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance are met.

Responsibilities include changing molds and tooling, inspecting hoses, valves, and pumps, and performing preventive maintenance. Preferred candidates have PLC experience, basic computer skills, and OSHA forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills are essential.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to recommend process improvements.

• Solid English language and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin, and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot, locate root problems, and perform repairs.
• Operate production machines as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
