Altium Packaging in Hebron, KY is seeking a Process Technician to maintain and repair production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, to minimize downtime. You will follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Duties include installing and adjusting equipment, performing mold and neck tooling changes, inspecting hoses, valves, pumps, and welding; troubleshooting and performing repairs; operating machines as needed; overtime may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; safe work practices.
• Ability to suggest process improvements; clear English reading skills.

Mansioni

• Installing, adjusting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Performing mold, neck tooling changes, pin, and other equipment changes.
• Inspecting and replacing pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspecting, rebuilding, and replacing valves and pumps.
• Maintaining machines in optimal processing condition.
• Welding, fabricating, and repairing various machines.
• Troubleshooting, locating root problems, and performing repairs.
• Operating production machines as needed.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
