Job summary

Altium Packaging in Hebron, Kentucky is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). Responsibilities include repairs, preventive maintenance, and adherence to GMP standards in a fast‑paced production environment.

You will install and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer systems, perform mold/tooling changes, inspect hoses, valves and pumps, weld and fabricate as needed, and troubleshoot root causes for equipment issues while communicating across

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include basic math, basic computer skills and pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness are required.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain forklift certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Repair, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment and facility.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot and locate root problems and repair blow mold, baggers & support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines
• Communicate with other departments on a frequent basis.
