Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Process Technician in Hebron, Kentucky. You will provide maintenance and repairs to production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring downtime is minimized and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include installing and adjusting equipment, performing tool changes, inspecting hoses, valves, and pumps, and identifying root causes for repairs. Overtime may be required due to business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to recommend process improvements and maintain safety standards.
• Solid English reading skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves, and pumps as needed.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition; weld/fabricate/repair as required.
• Troubleshoot root causes and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Operate production machines as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
