Talent With Heart in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for a leading die casting operation. The role offers up to $41.00/hr ($85,280/yr) base with bonuses, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.

The position is on-site on a 3rd shift in a large ISO-certified facility with strong tenure among staff. Responsibilities include monitoring die-casting parameters, analyzing defects, optimizing machine settings, and ensuring first-pass yield.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure with each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret process data and quality reports.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize high-pressure aluminum die casting process parameters (temperatures, pressures, cycle times).
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering).
• Review X-ray data and maximize first-pass yield.
• Maintain standard process setup sheets and instructions.
• Execute production trials and collaborate with quality/engineering teams.
• Train floor personnel on standardized process parameters.
