Job summary

Jetson Specialty Marketing in Hamburg, PA is seeking a Print Press Supervisor for the 3rd shift (12:00am–8:00am). You will lead a qualified team in the press and laser departments, ensuring production output and quality while upholding company policies and safety standards.

The role requires 0–1 year work experience in manufacturing-related print operations, strong communication, team-building and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

• Supervise, train and hire employees to work in the Press and Laser departments.
• Provide coaching and development; resolve employee issues.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale; pursue improvements.
• Meet departmental performance standards and provide progress reports.
• Maintain a safe working environment; support safety initiatives.
• Communicate up, down, and across shifts and departments.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and proper inventory levels.
• Track training, absenteeism and timekeeping.
• Promote company values and enforce policies.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
