Job summary

We require 1–2 years in manufacturing with proven lead experience, plus strong mechanical aptitude and bilingual English/Spanish. New associates become eligible for benefits after 60 days, and you will coordinate with the warehouse to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience as a Lead.
• Able to manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Production and Processing —raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing efficiency.
• Mechanical Knowledge - print machines and tools.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible with ever-changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in a print shop or mail industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs, print tags, feed machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including job management and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to maintain production goals and workflow.
• Follow procedures and safety standards to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
