Kelly Services is seeking a motivated Press Assistant for the 3rd shift in the Print/Lam department in Telford, PA. The role supports press operations, changeovers, quality checks, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will train others, promote safety, and help maintain equipment and clean, organized work areas while contributing to production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to learn operational and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective team player with a positive attitude.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties in compliance with GMP and SQF requirements.
• Oversee press operations with guidance from the Press Operator or Supervisor.
• Prepare and execute efficient press changeovers.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Train and support team members on operational procedures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols and immediately report any safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of quality, production, and waste.
• Support press operations with other tasks as assigned.
