Job summary

Double H Plastics, Inc. in Warminster, PA, seeks a Shift Supervisor for Printing Operations on the 3rd shift (11:30 pm–7:30 am). You will oversee production, ensure safe, efficient operation of printing, die cutting, and finishing processes, and meet schedules and customer specifications.

Lead a production team, coordinate workflow, perform machine setup and changeovers, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety, GMP, and quality standards. IQMS software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of inventory control and supervisory skills.
• Full knowledge of IQMS software.
• Ability to match customer proofs and basic printing color.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all shift activities related to printing, die cutting, and sheeting operations.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Monitor workflow and allocate labor resources to maximize productivity.
• Review production orders, specifications, and priorities for each shift.
• Communicate production goals, schedule changes, and updates to team members.
• Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers as needed.
