Engle Printing & Publishing Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable Pressroom Production Associate to support our 3rd shift operations in Lancaster, PA.

The role focuses on packing, stacking, and preparing printed products to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or printing experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review job information sheets to ensure correct packing and stacking requirements are followed.
• Set up stacking equipment according to job specifications, including preparing skids, gaylords, cartons, and related materials.
• Assist with press makeready activities and perform support tasks during downtime.
• Monitor stacker performance and address minor issues to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Stack and prepare printed products according to required patterns and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use supplies efficiently and support departmental cost-control efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures, including machine guarding, lockout/tagout requirements, hearing protection, and proper handling of chemicals and materials.
• Participate in departmental improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
