MasterMold is seeking a confident, hands-on Assistant Superintendent to lead our 3rd Shift Paint Department operations in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

The ideal candidate will supervise frontline teams, coordinate staffing and schedules, and partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to resolve production issues while supporting continuous improvement

Formación

• Previous supervisory, production leadership, or operations management experience preferred.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational priorities effectively.
• Confidence in leading employees, developing supervisors, and addressing performance concerns professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production operations, in collaboration with the Paint Superintendent.
• Provide leadership to production supervisors, team leads, and employees.
• Coordinate staffing, production schedules, materials, and operational priorities.
• Monitor production performance and address quality, safety, equipment, or staffing concerns.
• Make timely decisions to address operational challenges and minimize disruptions.
• Coach supervisors and employees, provide performance feedback, and maintain accountability.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Maintain effective communication with leadership and other shifts regarding production status.
• Support continuous improvement, 6S, workplace safety, and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate completion of production reports and employee documentation.
