Job summary

MasterMold is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift Paint Department in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. You’ll guide a hands-on team, solve daily problems, and own operations.

Previous paint experience isn’t required; we value leadership, accountability, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, monitoring safety and quality, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and HR to keep

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate employees and manage priorities.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production employees and team leads.
• Coordinate staffing, daily production schedules, and employee assignments.
• Monitor production performance, quality, safety, and equipment concerns.
• Identify operational challenges and work with other departments to resolve issues.
• Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable for performance and workplace conduct.
• Support employee training, development, and performance improvement.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Communicate production updates, staffing concerns, and shift priorities to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
